自動車や産業機械、航空宇宙、船舶、エネルギー等あらゆる産業の基盤を支える世界最大級の特殊鋼専業メーカーの「情報システム部」が分社した会社です。1964年に総務部事務機械室という名称でスタートしています。そこから1977年には情報システム部となり、長年世界最大級の特殊鋼メーカーを陰で支えてきました。同社グループのシステム高度化・効率化推進、システム関連事業分野での事業拡大、システム開発・運営の意識改革による業務効率化促進を目的とし、2000年に同社情報部門より分社独立をしました。グループ各社のシステム企画・設計・開発・保守運営を請け負っており、より正確でより速くより頑丈なシステムを目指してシステムを創り上げています。
