Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Account Manager located in Daimon. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include managing client accounts, generating leads, delivering excellent customer service, and coordinating with team members to meet organizational goals. The role also involves communication with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Account Management and Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Lead Generation
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
- Proven experience in a sales environment with a results-driven approach
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the industrial or scientific sector is beneficial
