<仕事内容>
\★施工管理職(木造一戸建て)★/
工事現場の責任者として、工期・予算・安全・品質を管理し、高品質な住宅の建設をリードします。
具体的には、設計が作成した図面をもとに工事業者の手配や発注、指示、工程表作成を行い、進捗管理を担当します。
また、プロジェクトごとに営業、設計、施工管理のチームを結成し、企画段階から意見を出し合いながら、デザイン性が高く、品質の高い住まいづくりを実現します。
現地視察や企画、プラン作成から着工、竣工に至るまでの全工程を管理します。
