【経営の中核を担う・役員候補募集】
代表の近くで実務と経営の両面を学び、将来的には事業全体をリードするポジションを目指していただきます。
信頼関係を築きながら、組織運営や経営判断に関わっていく、次世代の幹部候補としてお迎えします。
【業務内容(入社当初)】
まずは代表の業務を幅広くサポートし、事業全体の流れや考え方を身につけていただきます。
- 経営補佐業務(スケジュール管理・会議同席・議事録作成など)
- 社内外の調整業務(顧客・取引先・士業との連携対応)
- 社用車や備品などの管理・メンテナンス
- 出張・会議・イベント等の企画・サポート
- 経理・総務的な簡単な事務業務(外部専門家との連携あり)
- お中元・お歳暮などの贈答管理、来客対応など

数年を目安に、以下のような経営・マネジメント領域へステップアップしていただきます。
- 拠点運営・人材マネジメント
- 経営計画の立案と進捗管理
- 新規事業・FC展開などの戦略実行

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000 〜 ¥500,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥30,000〜¥100,000(15時間相当分)を含む。15時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
