業務内容|Job Description
航空機整備支援 / Maintenance support
■航空機到着時 / Aircraft Maintenance Assistance Services
FOD確認、Headset業務、作業開始安全確認と指示、航空機外部点検、エンジンオイルサービス
FOD confirmation, headset operations, work start safety confirmation and instructions, aircraft external inspection, engine oil service
■航空機出発時 / Aircraft departure
航空機外部点検、Headset業務、GSE安全確認
Aircraft exterior inspection, headset duties, GSE safety check
■エンジニア指示によるトラブル対応 / Trouble shooting by engineer's instruction
■航空機燃料給油サポート / Aircraft fueling support
顧客手順に基づいた航空機リリース / Aircraft release per customer SOPs
技術サポートの提供 / Technical support for client airlines
他部門との協力 / Inter-departmental support
品質・安全に準拠した作業 / Quality- and safety-compliant operations
顧客・関係者との良好な関係維持 / Relationship management
緊急対応計画の理解 / Emergency response readiness
同僚への指導 / Mentorship

応募資格|Requirements
【必須 / Must-have】
普通自動車免許 / Driver's license
航空機整備専門学校或いは大学工学部既卒、卒業予定の方
英語力(TOEIC500点以上目安)/ English proficiency (TOEIC 500+ or equivalent)
日常会話レベルの日本語(N2以上が目安)/ Daily conversational level of Japanese (N2 or higher is recommended)
航空機整備に興味をお持ちの方
【歓迎 / Preferred】
航空機整備又はリリース経験 / Experience with aircraft maintenance or release
整備士資格(JCAB, FAA, EASA等)/ Certifications (JCAB, FAA A&P, EASA B1, etc.)
B737/B777/B787/A320/A330等の整備経験 / B737/B777/B787/A320 or A330 experience
交渉力、安全意識、品質志向 / Negotiation, safety, and quality mindset

給与・待遇|Salary & Benefits

月給(正社員): 255,000円以上 ※経験スキルを考慮

/ Monthly: 255,000 yen or more *Experience and skills will be taken into consideration.

年収(正社員): 450万円以上(賞与5ヶ月+残業10h想定)

/ Annual(Full-time employee): Over 4.5 million yen (incl. bonus & 10h overtime)

時給(パート):経験スキルを考慮

/ Hourly wage (Part-time): Based on experience and skills
昇給年1回・賞与年2回 / Annual raise & biannual bonus
