-RPSの利用比率を上げ、A&PSデリバリーにおいてコスト削減によるMargin確保​を行います。

•RPS BD/Bridge SEの目的

-案件PMがグローバル人員をシームレスに調達し、プロジェクトを成功させる仕組み/情報を提供します。

-案件の早期段階からの見積支援。RPS各センターの人員管理、および、正確な見積提出。

-提供されるサービスのクオリティ管理。横展開支援。
※すでに2名のトリリンガル(英日中) BSEの稼働の予定があります。

・A&PS所属 BD/Bridge SEへの期待

-トリリンガル(英日中) BSEと協調し、効果的なBD/Bridge SEチーム運営を確立させることを期待します。

【業務内容】

・ビジネス開発

-販売促進活動(ターゲットの理解、企画)

-情報発信、事例管理

-各種定例への参加(情報提供、情報収集)

-海外出張関連の調整(RPSリード、案件Visit)

-最新ソリューションの理解と適用領域の検討

・案件管理

-要件確認、リソース調整

-RCMSへの登録(RPS案件管理システム)

-pipeline管理(個別ファイル管理)

-見積/SOWの作成、保管管理

-プロセスの理解、ご案内

-実績管理

-サーベイの管理と改善活動

-案件稼働

・メンバー管理

-Bangaloreとのインターロック

-Dalianとのインターロック

-採用面談の運営

-オンボーディングの支援(案件との引き渡し時期の調整)

-推奨スキルの管理、トレーニング管理(リソースの教育管理

【必要とするスキルセット】

Experience

•IT開発またはITサービスプロジェクトでの5年以上のPM経験

•確かなIT技術スキルのお持ち方。主流のオペレーティングシステム、データベース、ネットワーク、ストレージ、サーバー、
クラウドサービス(AWS/Azure等)、仮想化/コンテナテクノロジーについての知識・技術を持つ方

•Hands-onソフトウェアアプリケーションの設計と開発の経験があり、
主流の開発テクノロジースタック(.Net、フロントエンドフレームワークなど)の知識があると望ましい

•他社SW、HWを含む、ITアーキテクチャ設計の豊富な経験を持ち、プロジェクト完遂に必要な工数の正確性を判断し、
要件定義の欠落に伴うリスク費用の調整を計画できる方

•英語での業務遂行が可能な方。(海外のエンジニアと技術的な会話が可能)

•オフショアチームでの事業開発(BD)経験があれば尚可

•インドやベトナムとのオフショアプロジェクトメンバーを率いた経験があれば尚可
