We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Legal Assistant under the supervision of our Assistant General Counsel (Japan).
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and drafting various legal documents, including NDA/CDA agreements, Statements of oath to sites, Advisory agreements, termination agreements, and marketing materials.
In addition, they will assist with organizing and filing signed agreements and templates, managing corporate stamps, preparing minutes of shareholders and directors meetings, and registering these documents in the corporate register.
They will also provide administrative support, including conducting basic legal research, collecting necessary data, and handling KOFAX system and law firm invoices management.
We welcome candidates with experience in the healthcare industry or sales forces, particularly those with expertise in contracts and compliance.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who can work independently, demonstrate initiative, and possess a positive attitude.
