Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in semiconductor process engineering. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to successfully implement process improvements and cost reduction strategies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a diverse team.
