About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
逸脱調査結果のレビューおよび承認をタイムリーに実施
バッチ処置の判断と製造元との連絡・協議を担当
CAPA計画のレビュー、進捗管理、作業結果の承認と有効性確認
国内外製造元への逸脱連絡・品質改善・CAPA確認を実施
他部門と協働しGMPコンプライアンスレベルの継続的改善を推進
高品質な製品の安定供給と効率的な品質保証活動を実現
Essential Requirements
理系大学学士(薬学部、工学部、理学部等)または同等以上の学歴
GMP環境下での3年以上の実務経験
GMPまたはGQP領域での業務経験
母国語レベルの日本語力(読み書き・会話)
海外拠点とコミュニケーション可能な英語力
品質保証や逸脱管理に関する高い責任感と倫理観
Desirable Requirements
製造部門または品質管理部門での品質マネジメントシステム導入・維持や逸脱調査の実務経験
部門横断的なプロジェクト経験や、プレッシャーのかかる環境でも前向きに業務を推進できる方
