診療所での受付および医療事務のお仕事です。
患者様が安心して受診できる環境を提供し、円滑な診療をサポートしていただきます。
【主な仕事内容】
- 患者様の受付対応、予約管理
- 診療情報の入力および更新
- 保険証の確認、各種書類の作成
- 電話応対や問い合わせ対応
- 環境整備および院内業務の補助
シフト制での勤務となりますので、柔軟に対応できる方を歓迎します。

求める人材:
《資格》
医療事務や受付業務に興味があり、患者様への丁寧な対応ができる方
基本的なパソコン操作(Word, Excel)が可能な方
医療現場での経験がある方は優遇いたします
《歓迎資格・経験など》
- 医療事務管理士やその他関連資格をお持ちの方
- チームでの協力を大切にし、コミュニケーション能力が高い方
勤務時間・曜日:
勤務時間はシフト制となります。
具体的には、
月・火・木・金の8:15~18:15まで、(休憩120分)
水・土の8:15~12:15まで
の間で勤務していただきます。
休憩時間は、勤務時間に応じてになりますが、シフト制の為前後することがあります。
残業が発生する場合がありますので、その際は別途ご相談させていただきます。
希望するシフトについては面接時にお知らせください。
休暇・休日:
- 原則、水曜午後、土曜午後は休診。日曜・祝日は休診。シフト制による休日
- 年次有給休暇(法定通り)
- 夏季休暇

最寄りの名鉄奥田駅から徒歩約10分の距離にあります。
給与:
- 時給は1200円~1500円(経験の有無などを考慮)からスタートします。経験やスキルに応じて昇給の可能性があります。
- 交通費支給(上限10000円/月)
- 賞与は業績に応じて支給される場合があります。
- 労働時間に応じて、社会保険や雇用保険の加入が可能です。
- シフト勤務のため、業務に応じた柔軟な時間調整が可能です。
