Job Title: Senior Digital Solutions Sales Executive

What you will do
- Be part of the commercial digital solutions team within JCI's Building Technology & Solutions business.
- Sell JCI's OpenBlue solutions to achieve customers' desired business outcomes.
- Provide intelligent communications network to optimize systems and people performance.
- Support local market's channel efforts for new construction, retrofit, and technology refresh scopes of work.
- Deliver Internet of Things (IoT) outcomes through systems integration and technology solutions.
How you will do it
- Conduct value-based sales of advanced solutions to key accounts.
- Deliver lighthouse smart building projects that influence industries.
- Qualify high-potential opportunities and progress to closure in partnership with account managers.
- Consultative selling at the executive level, differentiate offerings, understand sales processes.
- Provide customer signal back to inform future development and software analytics.
Responsibilities
- Exceed Digital Solutions sales targets monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
- Qualify Digital Solution opportunities and maintain a high-quality pipeline.
- Influence multiple departments and levels within customer organizations.
- Collaborate with regional sales teams, develop Digital Solution strategy.
- Provide business insights into KPIs, maintain industry and technology trends knowledge.
- Manage sales pipeline in CRM, provide customer feedback for solution development.
- Participate in industry professional groups and speaking engagements.
What we look for
- Bachelor's degree, Master's preferred.
- 10+ years enterprise solution sales experience.
- Experience in Account Management and value-based solution selling.
- Ability to connect innovative solutions to customer priorities.
- Understanding of Internet of Things architecture and cloud technologies.
- Strong business acumen, agility, and willingness to learn.
- Fluency in English and native fluency in Japanese.
