Key Responsibilities:

• Develop CRM capabilities to enhance customer retention, acquisition, and satisfaction in coordination with the marketing team.
• Manage client portfolios at the retail level, aligning with the brand image, and create clienteling programs.
• Propose local events, tie-ups, advertising opportunities, and promotions to drive business growth.
• Foster external relationships to maximize brand exposure.
• Represent the brand as an ambassador at international and local events.
• Support external boutiques in clienteling and development planning and execution.

• Drive sales by achieving monthly and yearly turnover targets, defining and tracking retail KPIs, and completing daily and monthly reporting to analyze business trends.
• Ensure boutique operational requirements are met by scheduling and assigning sales associates accordingly.
• Plan, manage, and execute brand VM activities for boutiques in coordination with the marketing team.
• Maintain boutique image standards, manage stock and sales tools, and provide high standards in client service and after-sales.
• Oversee boutique administration, following guidelines for cash flow, shipments, repairs, and security.
• Collaborate with business partners to plan and execute events and activations to attract customers and build Ultra HNWI clientele.

• Ensure team understanding of brand objectives, strategy, and company policies.
• Set goals for sales associates, review their performances, and recruit, select, develop, and train new team members.
• Ensure talent retention and implement staff development actions.

• Required Education: University degree.
• Minimum 5-year experience in luxury retail business, preferably in the watch and jewelry industry.
• Background in sales, luxury retail, banking, automotive, or high-end hospitality industries is desirable.
• Required Skills: Japanese language proficiency, business English, strong communication and negotiation skills, knowledge of the luxury industry, analytical and numerical skills, and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Desired Behavioural Competencies: Dynamic, open-minded, proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, customer-oriented, problem-solving attitude, and ability to travel in Japan (monthly basis).
