1.業務概要


業務拡大のため、当社機能材料事業部尼崎研究所にて

化粧品関連の研究開発業務をご担当いただく方を募集いたします。

  • 業務内容

化粧品配合処方および原料開発、性能評価等を担当いただきます。営業と同行して、顧客へ技術プレゼンテーションを行う機会もあります。

  • 業務の特徴・魅力

当社の化粧品関連事業は、化粧品原料だけでなくODM製品の開発・提供も行っています。化粧品原料の展開を起点に、配合処方を設計しODM製品として展開後、そこで得た市場情報を解析して、新たな化粧品原料の開発、そして展開につなげています。

また、配属となる尼崎研究所は、20代~30代の若手研究員が多く在籍しています。約100名の研究員が同じフロアで業務を行い、グループ間の人的交流も盛んです。他グループとの連携による新規テーマを創出しており、研究開発にチャレンジできる環境です。

【学歴/専攻】

・大学院修了以上

※専攻:理系(化学系が望ましい)

【人物像】

・研究開発を遂行する上でのアイディア、粘り強さ、未知の分野の開拓力をお持ちの方

【ご経験/スキル】

  • 下記いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方

・有機化学合成またはポリマー合成の実績

・化粧品配合品開発経験

・複数回の特許出願経験

【人物像】

・コミュニケーション能力が高く、顧客向けの技術プレゼンテーションができる方

・月給:27万円~
・賞与:年2回(6月/12月)
