Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Fourth Shift ERP Consultant to provide technical and functional support for ERP modules across Finance, Supply Chain, and HR.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ERP systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and fluency in both Japanese and English.

Key Responsibilities
Support and troubleshoot Fourth Shift ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, HR).
Resolve end-user issues efficiently and document solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system upgrades and enhancements.
Maintain documentation of support cases and system changes.
Train users and develop support materials to improve ERP adoption.
Monitor system performance and suggest improvements.

Required Skills
7–10 years of ERP support experience (preferably Fourth Shift ERP).
Strong understanding of business processes in Finance, Logistics, or HR.
Proficiency in Japanese and English.
Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
