About the Team / チームについて

ByteDance is looking for a transactional attorney with experience drafting and negotiating digital music licenses for the APAC area (especially for Japan), to join its Global Music Legal team.

The role will support ByteDance's Business Development team's efforts to execute the music licensing strategy for TikTok and other ByteDance-owned digital/mobile properties by acquiring rights from APAC-based record companies, aggregators, music publishers and collecting societies and assisting with other music-related initiatives of key internal stakeholders.
