■仕事概要
このポジションでは、売上予測の精度向上や在庫管理に責任を持ち、マーケティング、財務、営業チームと協力して、ビジネス全体に影響を与える戦略を構築します。特に、新商品の発売や既存商品のEOL(終売)管理にも関与していただき、全体的な供給計画の策定を行います。
・需要を予測し供給計画を立て、毎月/毎週の在庫予測を分析する
・在庫レベルが目標通りに維持されているかを管理し売れ残りや動きの遅い在庫に対して必要なアクションを取る
・新商品の発売や旧商品の終売(EOL)管理を担当し、カタログの合理化に貢献する
・売上予測の品質と売上予測プロセス(S&OP)を管理する。
・基本的な売上予測を立て、営業およびマーケティングチームが提案するプロモーションや新商品の売上を予測し、統合する。
■活かされるご経験 / 求められるご経験
・サプライプランニングにおいての3年程度のご経験
・Excelの高度なスキル(xlookup、sumifs、ピボットテーブル等)をお持ちの方
・ビジネスレベルの日本語と英語:両言語でビジネスコミュニケーションが可能な方。
■有れば歓迎されるご経験
・SAPやFuturmaster等のプランニングソフトの経験
・英語力を活かし、S&OPプロセスを主導し、グローバルな環境で活躍したい方
■休日
完全週休2日制(休日:土日祝日)
