Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Hospitality Ambassador at MUWA NISEKO. The Hospitality Ambassador will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the satisfaction of guests, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. The daily tasks include communication with guests, assisting with guest and room service, and delivering outstanding hospitality service.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in the Hospitality industry
• Knowledge of PMS system
• Ability to provide excellent hospitality service
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Fluency either in English and Japanese language
• Experience in working with international guests
• Certifications in hospitality or related fields
