【仕事内容】

障がい福祉施設(訪問介護事業所)での

事務業務全般および、

利用者さんの生活支援、

日常カウンセリングなどの

業務をお願いします。

  • 事務業務について…

・電話・来客対応

(利用者やご家族、

行政機関からの問い合わせ対応)

・利用者情報やサービス利用記録の入力・管理

・給付費請求業務

(専用ソフトを使用し、

国保連への請求処理)

・契約書・請求書などの書類作成・整理

・利用料の請求・入金確認

・行政への報告書作成・提出

・職員の勤怠管理や簡単な経理補助

など

※事務業務が中心ですが、

その時のスタッフさんの状況や

シフトの状態に応じて

利用者さんの支援業務、

同住所内の他事業者のヘルプもあり

※利用者さんの支援業務は、

利用者さんの食事やお手洗い、

通院などの移動支援を

お願いします。

(土日祝は移動支援のみ)

※訪問介護支援を行うには、

「介護職員初任者研修」以上の

資格取得が必須となります。

資格をお持ちでない方には、

会社が費用を負担して

資格取得をサポートしますので、

勤務時間詳細


平日 / 8:30~17:30

土日祝 / 8:00~20:00

※以下シフト勤務もOK

早番/8:30~15:30

遅番/12:30~17:30

*週2日~OK

*土日祝に出勤する場合(多くて月2回程度)、

上記時間帯で1日2-3時間くらいの勤務です

*フルタイム勤務はもちろん、

早番・遅番のシフト勤務もOKです

*土日祝入れる方は尚歓迎

*扶養内勤務OK

*WワークOK

※訪問支援業務を

行う日の場合は、

直行直帰もOKです

「上溝駅」より徒歩11分

給与詳細


基本給:時給 1250円 〜 1650円

・処遇改善手当:1勤務250円

・運転手当:1回の運転業務につき200円

※業務間の移動で自家用車、

自家用バイクや自転車等を、

利用していただけるスタッフさんについて…

自家用車を利用していただける

スタッフさんには、

現場近くのコインパーキングを

利用していただき、

後日会社にて実費精算致します

通院同行や買い物同行等、

時給1600円以上になる

お仕事がメインになります。
