仕事内容:

【お仕事内容】

高齢者向け施設のキッチンにて、料理の盛り付け、配膳準備、後片付けなどを担当していただきます。配膳は8時・12時・18時の1日3回。

<配膳の1〜2時間前>は、食事の仕込みや準備作業が中心。

<配膳の1〜2時間後>は、下膳や食器洗いがメインです。

ご利用者の中には、健康状態や体調に合わせた食事が必要な方もいらっしゃいます。噛む力・飲み込む力が弱くなった方には、きざみ食・ミキサー食・流動食といった介護食をご用意します。時間通りに食事を提供するため、手際よく動くことが求められます。
