TVや店頭でお馴染みの洗剤やヘアケア・スキンケア・オーラルケア製品など身近な日用品を製造する大手メーカー工場

  • <仕事内容>

自動機械(製造ライン)のオペレーション業務をお任せします。

製品のセット、品質チェック、機械操作・メンテナンスなど、丁寧な研修からスタートします。

未経験の方も多数活躍中

マニュアル完備&先輩社員がマンツーマンで指導するので、安心してスタートできます。

  • <具体的には>

(1)製造ラインの運転

当日の生産計画に基づき、製造ラインの機械を操作。

正常に動いているか、計画通りか等、チェックしながら進めます

(2)品質検査

製造ラインで出来あがり、段ボールに箱詰めされた商品をチェックします。

数量に間違いがないか、製品に破損や潰れがないかなど、規定に沿って目視でチェック

(3)トラブル対応

機械の不具合、規定外の商品があった場合など、管理者への報告など、マニュアルに沿って対応します

*スピードよりも正確性・安全性重視。コツコツ真面目に作業を遂行願います。

*自ら現場作業を行うのはもちろん、慣れてきたらアルバイトや派遣社員さん達、チームメンバーのとりまとめや相談役もお願いします。

基本給:月給 22万5000円 〜 30万5000円

固定残業代:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり2万5000円

※一律手当(皆勤手当5000円、地域手当25000円)

・交通費規定支給(月額2万円まで)

大手日用品メーカーの広くてきれいな工場です。当営業所の従業員は70名、コツコツモクモクとストレス少なく働けます。休憩所やコンビニ自販機も完備で職場環境バツグン昼食は仕出し弁当注文可能。お弁当持参の方も多いです。
