「ときどき行って、毎日元気。」をポリシーに、健康寿命の延伸を目指して日々利用者様と向き合っています。

私たちが目指すのは、単なる機能回復訓練ではありません。

利用者様一人ひとりの「こんな風に暮らしたい」「これができるようになりたい」という想いに寄り添い、笑顔のある日常を取り戻すためのリハビリです。

【仕事内容】

・個別機能訓練

・シニア向けの全身運動訓練

(筋力アップトレーニング)

・レクリエーション訓練

(リズム体操)

・訓練プログラムの作成、実施など

・その他入居者さまの迎え入れ、送り出し、記録など

1日の流れ

08:30 出勤、迎え送迎

09:00 バイタルチェック

10:00 全体体操開始

10:30 個別機能訓練開始

11:50 バイタルチェック

12:30 送り送迎

(休憩1時間)

13:30 迎え送迎

14:00 バイタルチェック

14:30 個別機能訓練

17:00 送り送迎

17:30 退社

送迎車は運転しやすい軽~ファミリーカーで安心◎
