Job Summary

As a Porter, you will support hotel operations by handling luggage, assisting guests with their belongings, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.

Your responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness of entrance areas, providing information about hotel services, and assisting guests with special requests.

You may also coordinate with the concierge team for transportation or local recommendations. This role requires excellent customer service skills, physical stamina, and a proactive attitude.
