<半導体関係の製品を製造している工場の管理業務>

業績好調です

「人材管理」「シフト管理」「工程管理」などの

管理業務をお任せします。

**具体的な内容は**

・生産管理:納期の確認や工期の進捗の報告、生産台数の管理

・安全衛生・保全:作業エリアの安全衛生管理や設備不良の対応

・作業者の管理:新入社員の教育、欠勤者の報告やラインの穴埋め、労務管理など

エリアで計80名規模に1ライン7名~8名のチームで稼働しております。

他の管理者・リーダーとの連携や引継ぎもしていただく重要なポジションを担っていただきます。

・半導体製造装置に使用される精密機器・装置

・各種部品

  • 使用する機械・ツール・ソフト

・PC Excel・Word

・ドライバー

・スパナ

・トルクキログレンチ

・トルクドライバー

・六角レンチ等

チーム制でのお仕事になります

1ライン7~8名の体制で動いていただきます。

日夜稼働している為引き継ぎ業務も行っていただきます。

基本的なPC操作ができる方(Excel・Word)

Excel:データ入力、選択、書式設定、保存、印刷設定などの基本的な操作ができればOK

Word:入力、文字装飾、書式設定、印刷などの基本的な操作ができればOK

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり19日 〜 21日

下記時間帯で固定もしくは交代制

(1)8:00~17:00(実働8時間・休憩60分)

(2)20:00~5:00(実働8時間・休憩60分)

※平均残業時間:20時間(繁忙期は40時間程度になることもあり)

休日休暇

月給24万円+リーダー手当20,000円+残業手当+深夜手当(80時間)=月収33万円以上可

月給23万2000円+リーダー手当40,000円+残業手当+深夜手当(80時間)=月収38万円以上可
