今回は「進物部での軽作業スタッフ(正社員)」の募集です。

当社が運営を行う「ベルコシティホール徳山」で、葬祭に関わる返礼品などの検品や在庫管理などの作業をお願いします。

〇未経験OK

進物部では、葬儀や法要に使用する返礼品や進物ギフトの準備・作業を中心に担当していただきます。主な業務は、商品の検品、包装、のし掛け、梱包、発送準備など、手順に沿って進める作業が中心です。

業界・職種未経験の方も大歓迎作業手順は先輩スタッフが丁寧にサポート。

特別な知識や資格は不要で、コツコツと丁寧な作業ができる方であれば、無理なく続けられる仕事です。

正社員として安定して働きたい方、黙々と作業する仕事が好きな方に適した職場です

もちろん冠婚葬祭業界や接客・販売などサービス業の経験者の方も大歓迎

【仕事内容】


ベルコシティホール徳山で葬祭に伴う進物(返礼品・供物・ギフト等)に関する業務全般を担当していただきます。

具体的には

  • 葬儀・法要に使用する返礼品、供物、進物ギフトの受注・手配
  • 商品の検品、包装、のし掛け、発送準備
  • 在庫管理・発注業務
  • お客様や社内(葬祭担当者)との打ち合わせ・電話対応
  • 簡単なPC入力(受注管理・伝票作成など)

※未経験の方でも、先輩社員が丁寧に指導します。

勤務開始日は内定後は皆様のご都合に合わせて設定することが可能です。

翌日からの勤務開始でも、1ヶ月後からの勤務開始でもOKです。

9:00~18:00(休憩60分)
