【仕事内容】
全国60店舗以上を展開するピラティススタジオにて、1対1のパーソナル対応を中心としたスタジオ業務を担当します。
指導内容や運営方法は、これまで多くのスタジオで運用されてきた仕組みをもとに構築されており、未経験の方でも基礎から順を追って学べる環境です。
・パーソナルピラティスレッスンの実施
・来店時の受付、予約管理、顧客対応
・美容や健康に関する情報発信のサポート
・スタジオ内の清掃や備品管理などの運営業務
・社内研修への参加
※研修・OJTあり
身体の使い方、姿勢チェック、解剖の基礎知識など、私生活にも活かせる知識が身につきます。

09:00|出勤・予約確認
当日のスケジュールを確認し、準備を行います。
09:30|午前のパーソナル対応(2〜3名)
体調や目的に合わせたマンツーマン対応。

外出や軽いストレッチでリフレッシュ。
14:00|記録作業・簡単な発信対応
レッスン内容の記録や、簡単なSNS対応など。
15:00|午後のパーソナル対応(2〜3名)

18:00|業務終了
片付け後はそのまま退勤。
仕事後の時間も確保できます。

給与:
固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000 〜 ¥600,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥40,000(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
※活躍に応じてインセンティブ付与
※入社して半年間は試用期間のため、契約社員となります。
(試用期間中の1か月は研修期間:基本給-2万円を日割り計算にて勤務日数分支給/2か月以降は本採用時と同条件)
