Overview:
The iOS Developer - Swift plays a crucial role in our organization, contributing to the development and maintenance of our iOS applications. This position is based in Tokyo and is essential for ensuring the seamless functionality and user experience of our mobile applications. Work closely with project owners and other departments, and utilize your technical background to consider, formulate, document, develop (coding, unit test creation) and release service specifications ・Continuously refactor the code base to provide stable value over the long term ・Contribute to ensuring code quality and accumulating knowledge through code reviews on GitHub ・Improve and maintain the CI environment ・Discover issues through user behavior analysis, and propose and implement improvements ・Maintain and improve app performance
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
- Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
- Help maintain code quality and organization
- Coordinate with team members including other developers, designers, and testers
- Debug and optimize code for the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application

- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends in mobile technologies and applications
Required Qualifications:
- Experience developing iOS apps using UIKit or SwiftUI (5+ years) ・In-depth knowledge of iOS standard libraries ・In-depth knowledge of UIKit ・Experience implementing unit tests using a testing framework ・Experience developing in a team using Git, GitHub ・Business-level Japanese or English
