仕事内容


※今回の募集は、仕込みをメインに担当していただくポジションの募集です

<業務詳細>

  • 製造機械操作(仕込み、包餡、包装など)

・仕込み

ミキサー、蒸練機などを用いて、大福、どら焼きなどの

お菓子の生地を作る菓子製造最初の工程です。

15kg~30kgの原材料を投入し、撹拌し生地をつくります。

・包餡

包餡機を用いて、お菓子をお饅頭の形に成形する工程です。

機械を用いて製造しますので細かい技術は必要ありません。

生地、餡の投入や、重量の細かい調整、

機械の分解洗浄、機械の組み立てなどを担当します。

・包装

包装機を用いて包装を行い、商品を出荷できる状態にします。

商品に合わせて消費期限、管理記号の設定などを行います。

  • 原材料運搬業務

小麦粉、餅粉、各種豆類などの運搬作業です。

ハンドリフトや台車を用いて工場内を運搬します。

1袋20Kg程度の重量のものもあります。

  • 現場の改善活動

働きやすい職場環境づくりのため、

現場内の5S活動や改善活動にも取り組んで頂きます。

※5S(整理、整頓、清掃、清潔、しつけ)

  • ステップアップすると下記業務も担当していきます。

  • 製造計画立案

お客様からの受注状況に合わせて、月、週単位で商品の製造計画を考えます。

  • シフト作成

製造計画に合わせ、ラインでの人員配置やシフトを考えます。
