当社は現在、事業拡大フェーズに入り、対応領域・案件数ともに拡大が続いており、AWSを中心としたクラウド基盤の新規構築・移行・運用高度化プロジェクトを統括するプロジェクトマネージャーを募集します。

本ポジションでは、単なるインフラ構築に留まらず、現状整理/クラウド構想・アーキテクチャ検討/要件定義/設計・移行推進/運用設計・定着化まで一貫してプロジェクトをリードいただきます。

プロジェクトの完遂だけでなく、クラウド活用によるスピード・可用性・セキュリティ・コスト最適化といった観点で、顧客の事業成長に直結する成果創出を期待する役割です。

担当する業務内容


AWSを中心としたクラウド基盤の新規構築・移行・運用高度化プロジェクトにおいて、PMとして企画構想〜設計・構築〜運用改善までをリードしていただきます。技術とマネジメントの両輪で、品質・コスト・納期を担保しながら、クラウドの価値最大化を推進するポジションです。

主な業務領域

  • プロジェクト推進(PM業務)

・企画構想・要件定義(非機能要件、セキュリティ、運用設計含む)

・体制設計、WBS/スケジュール策定、課題・リスク・変更管理

・関係者調整(顧客/情シス/開発/インフラ/セキュリティ/ベンダー)

・品質管理(設計レビュー、受入基準策定、テスト計画、移行計画)

・予算・コスト管理、見積作成、提案書作成、顧客報告

  • AWSアーキテクチャ設計・標準化

・マルチアカウント設計、Landing Zone 構築(例:Organizations/Control Tower)

・ネットワーク設計(VPC/Transit Gateway/Direct Connect/VPN 等)

・IAM設計(権限設計、SSO/ID連携、最小権限運用)

・セキュリティ設計(ログ統合、監査、脆弱性/設定逸脱対策)

  • クラウド移行・モダナイゼーション

・移行方式検討(Lift&Shift / Re-platform / Re-architect)

・移行計画(切替・リハーサル・ロールバック・周知)、移行実行の統括

・コンテナ/サーバレス等の活用による性能・可用性・保守性の改善

  • 運用高度化・SRE/FinOps推進

・監視/可観測性の整備(メトリクス、ログ、トレース、アラート設計)

・自動化(IaC、CI/CD、運用自動化、Runbook整備)

・コスト最適化(リソース棚卸し、RI/SP検討、コスト可視化と改善サイクル)

・SLA/SLO設計、インシデント対応体制・運用プロセスの整備

募集要件


【必須要件】

・AWSクラウド基盤に関する設計・構築・運用いずれかの実務経験

・クライアントワークにおけるプロジェクト推進またはPM経験

・顧客/業務部門との要件整理・調整経験

・数億円規模のプロジェクトにおける推進/管理経験

・複数ステークホルダーを伴うプロジェクト管理経験

・金融・不動産(建設)・官公庁・流通業界のいいずれかにおけるプロジェクトマネジメント経験
