Key Job Accountabilities:

Ensure the smooth execution of the planning process to guarantee product availability, optimize customer service and cost, and improve stock quality for YVES SAINT LAURENT Beaute and PRADA.

Build the Supply plan based on validated sales forecasts, co-packing plan, and stocks and supply/procurement parameters.

Check logistic feasibility through stock equation analysis and exchange with factory about long-term issues (capacity, gap between capacity and demand).

Determine stock and supply parameters according to service rate, costs, and global targeted stock objectives.

Manage replenishment process through shortage risk evaluation and communication of priorities to MSL.

Manage stock levels in accordance with country objectives and analyze obsoletes and slow movers. Define and implement action plans.

Decrease shortages by analyzing causes, defining action plans, and challenging suppliers about MAD dates of out-of-stock products.

Define and follow Key Performance Indicators (out of stock, service rate, stock) and communicate them internally and to MSL.

Build budgeted stock according to stock and supply parameters.

Participate in best practices improvement.

People Management:

• Manage a team of Supply planners to ensure objectives are met.
• Develop and nurture team members. Set targets and provide necessary support and guidance to enhance expertise.

Skills/Attributes:

• At least years supply chain planning background, especially supply or production planning is strongly recommended.
• Strong in numbers; Engineer, Math, or Scientific background is strongly recommended.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively at different levels of hierarchy.
• Excellent presentation and analytical skills.
• Demonstrates initiative and innovation to generate ideas and solutions in different situations.
• Well-balanced strategic thinking and details for execution.
• Advanced MS Excel experience is a must.
• SAP experience is preferable.
• Business-level English.
