Serve as a vital member of our hospitality team in the role of Bell Attendant. You will assist guests with their luggage, provide information about hotel amenities, and ensure a warm welcome upon arrival. Your friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile will set the tone for a memorable stay. You will ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures while offering excellent customer service and local information.
Additionally, you will assist with delivering packages, maintaining the lobby area, and coordinating with the front desk for guest requests.
