【ポジション概要】
同社はMUFGグループ並びに三菱UFJ銀行の経営基盤業務システムの開発を上流工程からリリース、保守まで一貫して担っています。より一層の経営のスピード改革が求められる今日において、経営基盤業務システムの開発はクラウド、ERP、SaaS等のソリューションも多様化しており、持続的に様々なプロジェクトが同時進行しています。日々の業務で発生する取引情報を巨大なDWHに集積し、業務部門の経営判断に必要な情報に最適化してシステムサービスを提供しています。
旺盛な開発需要に応えるため、(1)大小並行する複数のプロジェクトを牽引・コントロールするPMエキスパート、(2)適切な機能配置、適用技術の選定、テクニカルレビューを担えるアーキテクト、(3)アプリケーション開発やデータベースの最適化を主導するITスペシャリストの3つのポジションで専門性の高い方を募集しています。
【業務内容】
三菱UFJ銀行及びMUFGグループの経営基盤業務を支える以下いずれかの業務システムの開発・保守をご担当頂きます。
■ビッグデータ基盤、MIS(経営情報システム)
■財務会計、決算ERP

<経験>
■プロジェクトマネジメント経験(5年以上)または 業務アプリケーション開発経験(5年以上)
<スキル・知識>
■業務アプリケーション開発手法(ウォータフォール型開発、アジャイル型開発)
■チームワーク発揮に必要なコミュニケーション能力と調整力
【歓迎(WANT)】
<経験>
■金融機関におけるDWH、CRM、マーケティング、会計等の情報系システム開発、企画業務経験
■SaaS導入開発経験
■ERP(会計ソリューション)パッケージ開発経験
■ETLツール開発経験
■(アーキテクトの場合)アプリケーションアーキテクチャの開発経験
<スキル・知識>
■銀行(金融)業務知識
■金融機関で一般的に使用する用語に関する知識
■Java言語を用いたWebアプリケーション開発スキル
■PL/I言語を用いたHOSTアプリケーション開発スキル
■ゼロトラストベースのセキュリティ設計開発スキル
■CI/CD環境の構築、活用スキル
