「カワイイ」「キレイ」に敏感な女の子たちから圧倒的な支持を集めています。

企業の具体的な業務内容としては、「メーカー事業」と「EC事業」に分かれます。

メーカー事業として、カラーコンタクトレンズやコスメの企画販売を行い、

EC事業としては、カラーコンタクトレンズ・コスメの公式通販の運営を行なっています。

カラーコンタクトレンズの市場規模が現在の10%以下だった、2005年から企画・発売を開始しました。

今なお根強い人気を誇る『Angel Color』をはじめ、『loveil』『FLANMY』『CRUUM』『Chu's me』『Cheritta』『melotte』等、多くのヒットブランドを世に送り出しております。

業界のリーディング企業として、業態も多角化させつつ、市場全体の成長にも貢献しております。

インターン生には、SNSマーケティングの業務を手伝ってもらいます。

広告代理店で経験を積んできた先輩社員が指導をしてくれます。

マーケティングの基本的な考え方、実社会で役に立つ実務(売上に直結する業務)が経験できるインターンシップです。

任せたい仕事

T-GardenカラーコンタクトブランドのWEB広告・SNSマーケティングに携わる業務のお手伝いをして頂きます。

自社のカラコンを沢山の人に知ってもらうブランディングの領域から、実際の売上データから要因を分析する獲得領域まで、幅広いWEBマーケティングの領域に携わって頂きます。

  • 具体的な業務内容

・SNS(instagram/Tiktok等)広告に掲載する広告の画像・動画クリエイティブの企画~作成

・SNS(instagram/Tiktok等)の投稿内容の企画

・広告配信結果のレポーティング作成

広告代理店では経験できない、事業者視点でのマーケティングの考え方を知れること、スピード感を持って業務が進行すること、

結果と適正次第で、仕事の幅に制限がないことがT-Gardenインターンの魅力になります

自分の考えたクリエイティブが沢山の人に見られて、実際に購入までしてもらえたり、データを紐解き、世の中のニーズとマッチした新しい施策を考えたりできるので、他ではできない経験だと考えております。

給与

時給 1,250円〜

3ヶ月更新で昇給あり

応募資格

【必須条件】

・日々SNSに触れており、マーケティングに興味がある方

・1年以上の長期インターンを希望している方

※短期の募集はしておりません。

・週3回以上/1日5h以上の勤務が可能な方

・本社(渋谷)勤務が可能な方

※一定以上の業務レベルに達した場合、リモート可

【歓迎条件】

・WEBマーケティングのご経験

・PCスキル(Excel・PowerPointなど)

・デザインスキル(Photoshop/動画編集(Capcut、Canva)など)

・カラコンや美容・オシャレが好きな方
