研修に電気に関する内容が入っているのは、

転送などの判断をするため

・「引っ越しをするので、

ガスを契約したい、解約したい」

・「他社契約から乗り換えてガス契約をしたい」 など

【実際の業務フロー】

・転居に伴う電気の使用開始

中止のお申し込みの受付

・マニュアルに沿って

お客様の名前・住所・お引っ越し予定日を伺う

・専用システムで確認

・お客様情報を入力して完了

研修はもちろんデビュー後も、

先輩が近くにいて確認できる環境もあるので安心

メインのガスの開栓、閉栓の対応以外は、

手上げ対応もしくは、
