ーお仕事内容ー

個人・法人のお客様から届く『ピアノ買取の問い合わせ対応(内勤中心)』をお任せします

飛び込み・テレアポは一切なし

反響対応なので、落ち着いて対応できます◎

●具体的には…

・Web/電話/メール/LINEでの買取相談対応

・ピアノの型番・製造番号の確認

・専用ツールへの査定データ入力(自動計算)

・査定金額のご案内(マニュアル完備)

・運送会社との引取日程の調整

・既存の楽器店・リユース店への簡単なご案内(法人)

★個人ノルマなし

★チーム目標重視でプレッシャー少なめ

・10:00 買取相談対応・査定入力

・12:00 ランチ

・13:00 お客様対応・引取日程の調整

・16:30 データ整理・社内共有

※月平均残業:約14時間

※夜勤なし・天候に左右されない内勤営業
