Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Tokyo, Japan, for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The BCBA will develop and oversee behavior intervention plans, conduct comprehensive assessments, provide direct supervision to behavior technicians, and monitor client progress. The role includes collaboration with families and caregivers, providing training and education to support the implementation of ABA strategies and techniques. The BCBA will ensure adherence to ethical and best practices in behavior analysis.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Skills in Parent Education and collaborative consultation with families
• Knowledge of Psychology and related principles
• Proficiency in Behavior Management strategies and intervention techniques
• Current BCBA certification and licensure (as applicable per state requirements)
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and child-focused environment
• Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
