国内の物流・配送および品質管理機能を統括し、コスト最適化とサービスレベル向上を推進していただきます。APACや関連部門と連携し、全社プロジェクトも主導します。
■業務内容
・輸入通関管理とコンプライアンス遵守の徹底
・3PL倉庫運営管理とコスト・品質の最適化
・配送ネットワーク構築とB2C物流の管理
・品質管理(QC)業務の統括と改善推進
・APACおよび各事業部との調整・連携業務
・物流予算策定およびコストコントロール

【求められる経験・スキル / Required Experience And Skills】
■応募要件
<必須要件>
・FMCGまたは小売業界での物流経験(10年以上)
・英語・日本語共にビジネスレベル以上
・3PL管理および倉庫運営の高度な実務知識
・輸入通関およびコンプライアンスの知識
・ERP・WMS等のシステム活用スキル
<歓迎要件>
・倉庫移転や自動化プロジェクトの経験
