Professional Services Team' Mission:
日本のProfessional Servicesチームでは、お客様にSnowflakeを最大限かつ最適に活用頂くために、技術支援を展開するソリューションアーキテクト(Solutions Architect)を募集しています。このロールでは、お客様のビジネス課題とSnowflakeのソリューションを結びつけ、その関連性とSnowflakeのビジョンをさまざまなオーディエンス(技術および経営層)に伝える洞察力が求められています。
私たちは、データプラットフォームを有している、もしくはこれから構築していくお客様のさまざまな課題を解決し、改革するパッションを持ち、絶えず進化するデータとアナリティクスの技術について最新情報を把握してお客様をリードしていける人材を求めています。
Your Impact As a Solutions Architect
Snowflakeのあらゆる側面における技術的な専門家として活動します。
お客様自身でSnowflakeの機能を正しく理解し更に拡張して使って頂けるように、ナレッジの共有を含めベストプラクティスに沿ってSnowflakeをデプロイします。
顧客と直接手を動かしながら、Snowflakeテクノロジーの実装に関するベストプラクティスを実証し、伝えます。
競合他社や補完的な技術やベンダーについての深い理解を持ち、それらとの関係においてSnowflakeをどのように位置づけるかを理解しています。
システムインテグレータのコンサルタントと協力して、顧客環境でSnowflakeを成功裏に位置付けて展開するための深い技術レベルで作業します。
顧客固有の技術的な課題の解決方法に関する指針を提供します。
プロフェッショナルサービスチームの他のメンバーが専門知識を開発するのをサポートします。
製品管理、エンジニアリング、マーケティングと連携して、Snowflakeの製品とマーケティングを継続的に改善します。
Who YOU ARE (Requirements):
顧客とのプリセールスまたはポストセールスの技術的な役割での最低8:10年以上の経験(自社の他組織に対するプリセールスまたはポストセールスも可)
顧客のニーズを的確にとらえ、自らプロジェクトの進め方を提案・推進することができる能力
テクニカルかつエグゼクティブ層の顧客に対して優れたプレゼンテーションやデモを行える能力
ETLからデータプラットフォームの設計、BIおよび分析ツールまでの完全なデータ分析スタックとワークフローの理解
データベース、データウェアハウス、データ処理に関する設計、実装スキル
SQLおよびSQLアナリティクスの豊富な実務経験
Python、Ruby、Perl、Bashなどのスクリプトの経験
顧客と現地で作業するための能力と柔軟性(必要に応じて出張が可能であること)
Nice to Have Skills:
Snowflakeの企業用途での利用、設計・実装経験
SnowPro認定資格の保持
リレーショナル・データベース(Oracle、SQL Server、PostgreSQL、MySQLなど)の豊富な知識と経験
データウェアハウス(Redshift、BigQuery、Synapse、Exadata、Teradata、Greenplumなど)の豊富な知識と経験
大規模データ処理ツール(例:Spark、Hadoop、HBase)の経験と知識
一般的なBIやデータ探索ツール(例:Microstrategy、Business Objects、Tableau)についての理解と経験
カスタムおよびパッケージ化されたツールを使用したETLパイプラインの実装経験
データ分析プラットフォームでのAI/MLの設計/実装経験
