About this role/募集要項:
We are looking for a Project Coordinator / Project Manager to join our team in Tokyo. Our Tokyo office is conveniently located in Minato area and only takes walk from Azabujuban, Ropponggi and Hirro station.

Job Summary/業務内容:

The Project Coordinator / Project manager would attend weekly project meetings with both owners, operator and local consultancies to represent and address all issues pertaining to HBA's design, including but not limited to code of compliance and MEP/structural requirements.

プロジェクトコーディネーター/プロジェクトマネージャーには週次会議に出席していただき、オーナー、オペレーター、現地コンサルタントとともに準拠基準及びMEP/構造要件などを含む、HBAのデザインに関する課題への調整・対応業務を行っていただきます。

This role offers a potential for upward growth into a future directorial position, contingent upon the success in obtaining and maintaining sound client relations with both hotel ownership and international operators, leading to an expansion of HBA's business development.

本ポジションは、ホテルオーナーや国際的オペレーターとの強固な関係を構築・維持し、HBAの事業開発拡大に貢献することで、将来的にディレクター職への昇進を目指せる明確なキャリアパスを備えています。グローバルなプロジェクトに携わりながら、長期的な成長と新たな挑戦に積極的に取り組める環境を提供します。

Below are the minimum qualifications that we expect from you/応募資格:

Bachelor or Master degree in Interior Design / Architecture
インテリア・デザイン/建築の学士号または修士号
3-5 years of experience with a portfolio of previous project experience in luxury hospitality, high-end residential, clubhouse or show flats in Japan
ラグジュアリーホテル、高級住宅、クラブハウス、ショーフラットなどのプロジェクト経験者(経験年数3年以上)

You must have architectural / interior design knowledge on hospitality design to actively participate in resolving technical design issues during weekly workshops.

ホスピタリティデザインにおける建築設計またはインテリアデザインの知識を有し、週次ワークショップにおいて技術的な設計課題の解決に対し、積極的に取り組むことができること
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, PPT, MS Outlook, MS Teams
AutoCAD、SketchUp、Photoshop、PPT, MS Outlook, MS Teamsを使いこなせること
Fluent in English & Japanese (native)
英語と日本語が流暢であること
Revit, 3D Max, Enscape will be a plus
Revit、3D Max、Enscapeの経験があれば尚可
