職務内容
Roles and Responsibilities 監査およびアドバイザリー部門にて、監査サポート職(Assurance Assistant)を募集しております。初めから専門的な知識は必要ございません。簿記や会計士の学習を既にされている方をはじめ、これから会計や監査でキャリアを積んでいきたい方、監査サポート職の経験を通して簿記資格の取得(2級、3級)を目指す方も多い職種となっております。資格取得の為のサポートも充実しております。
【具体的には】
●会計データ収集・入力(Excel)
●各種文書作成・校正
●手続補助(メール返信、アンケート回収など)
●アポイント・スケジュール調整
●会議招集、会議資料作成の補助
●監査調書室の整理など
●各種会議参加
はじめから専門的な業務をお任せすることはありません。
クライアント別のチーム内で、会計士を始めとした社員・職員から依頼されたエクセルの入力や、メールの送信など、簡単なサポート業務からはじめていただきます。
メインで担当いただくジョブを中心として、数チームをご担当いただきます。
メンバーそれぞれの業務量やプロジェクトの進捗状況に応じて、ローテーションしながらサポートしていただきます。
出社・クライアント先訪問(往査)・リモートワークなど様々な働き方を織り交ぜて、様々な業種のクライアントにかかわることができます。現場で経験豊富な先輩とともに幅広い経験と知識を積み、データ集計など集中して取り組む仕事は自宅で専念するなど、メリハリのある働き方が実現できます。
【働き方】
・出社・クライアント先への外出・リモートワークいずれもあり(頻度は担当クライアントによって異なります)
・担当クライアントにより、年数回の出張の可能性あり
・有期雇用契約。半年~1年毎の契約更新。正社員登用制度あり
・1日の標準労働時間 7時間(標準勤務例 9:15-17:15)
【入所後の研修・資格サポート】
中途入所者向けオリエンテーション及び、
監査業務に関する知識を磨ける研修をご用意しています。
さらに、先輩が初心者にもわかるように、
一から丁寧にサポートしますので、ご安心ください。
その他、資格取得(会計士、簿記、IT、語学など)の補助制度があり、就業しながらスキルアップを目指すことができます。

基本的なPCスキル(Excel・Word)お持ちの方
簿記資格取得を目指されている方
※取得は必須ではございません(取得済の方は歓迎)
★ExcelのIF関数、VLOOKUP関数、ピボットテーブルなど使用経験がある方

●簿記3級以上お持ちの方
