軽貨物配送ドライバーの上級統括ポジションとして、現場マネジメントを担当。
▼主な業務内容▼
・配達業務(入社初期)
・担当エリアの進捗/勤怠管理
・メンバー育成・新入社員のフォロー
・数字管理・目標進捗チェック
・トラブル対応・現場改善提案など
※入社後6か月間はドライバー業務に従事し、現場業務全体の理解を深めていただきます。
その後、管理業務へ移行し、段階的にキャリアアップが可能です。
ドライバ―管理業務→統括業務→上級統括業務へと段階的にステップアップ
《~ドライバーの1日の仕事の流れ~》
① ご自宅からそのまま倉庫へGO
↓
② 指定された荷物をピックアップ&積み込み
(※重い荷物ナシ女性でも安心)
↓
③ 決まったエリア内で配達スタート
(※土地勘もすぐに身につきます)
↓
④ 荷物をお届けして完了
(※置き配が中心で対面少なめ♪)
↓
⑤ 報告を済ませたら、そのまま帰宅OK

統括管理業務といっても、いきなり全部丸投げされるわけではなく、
徐々にエリアの運行管理やドライバーとのやり取り、スケジュール調整などを任せてもらいながら、

今では新人スタッフの教育や、業務改善の提案まで任されていて、
