<求人について>

あなたには清明保育園の保育士として、当園での教育・遊び、行事計画・運営などに関する業務全般をお任せいたします。実務未経験の方や"先生初心者"もご活躍いただいてます1クラス9~20名の園児を複数でご担当いただきます。

園児や保護者と明るく笑顔で優しく接することができる方をお待ちしています

仕事内容

<仕事内容>

〇保育士業務全般(0~5歳)

・身の回りのお世話(食事・トイレ・着替え等)

・連絡帳の記入

・PCを使用しての保育日誌作成

・行事の企画、運営

・月に1回職員会議あり。行事について話し合います。

・チーム保育制

<一日の流れ>

7:00~9:40 出勤・登園サポート

9:40 朝の会

10:00 設定保育(散歩、園庭遊び)

11:00 食事のお世話

12:00 昼寝のサポート

13:00 休憩

15:00 おやつ

15:50 終わりの会

16:00~18:40 退勤・降園サポート

18:00 延長保育

19:00 完全降園

<人物像・年代>

20~30代中心とした職員同士の仲の良さが自慢 「みんなでより良い園にしよう」という意識があり、職員同士の団結力は高く、先輩後輩関係なく何でも話し合える環境があります。仕事でそれぞれの意見をぶつけ合う事もありますが旅行に行ったりバレーボール大会に出場したりと、一緒に楽しむ事が多く、仲の良い職場です。

・7:00~18:40(シフト制)

残業 月0.4時間程度(2022年度実績)

・年間休日105日

土日祝日(月2回程度土曜出勤あり)、年末年始、お盆、有給休暇

給与

月給204,140~212,830円

昇給・賞与・その他補足

給与内訳

・基本給 167,400円~175,300円

・地域手当 16,740円~17,530円

・処遇改善手当 約20,000円

賞与あり(実績年3回)計4ヶ月分

通勤手当 実費支給 上限15,000円/月

※試用期間3ヶ月(期間中の条件変更なし)

宿舎借上げ補助金:自己負担1万円でマンション借上げ(通勤時間1時間以上もしくは京都市外)
