「明るく開放的な老人ホーム」として知られるひだまりの郷なごや北での介護職です。ご入居者様との直接的な関わりの中で、やりがいと笑顔を感じられるお仕事です。

【主な業務内容】

・身体介護:排泄・入浴・食事など日常生活全般のサポート ・生活支援:衣類の管理、室内環境整備など生活環境の充実 ・施設内業務:食事時の配膳・下膳、シーツ交換など ・イベント企画・実施:ご入居者様と一緒に楽しむ行事の企画・実行 ・交流・傾聴:ご入居者様との関係構築、心理的サポート

ケアをするだけではなく、ご入居者様との交流の中で笑顔や喜びを共に感じられる、真のやりがいが感じられるお仕事です。自動車免許がなくても対応できる環境です。

未経験スタート、丁寧なサポート

無資格での入職を歓迎します。経験者のサポートと、体制が整った環境の中で、着実に介護知識と技術が身につきます。

資格取得による確実な昇給

初任者研修・実務者研修・介護福祉士の資格取得時には、取得後の時給が実績に応じて10円~50円アップ。努力が直結する給与体系です。

ヘルパーステーション・訪問看護ステーション併設により、様々な介護ニーズに対応できるスタッフへの成長を実感できます。

早番・遅番手当で実質給与UP

朝7時からの勤務は早番手当(50円)、16時以降の遅番手当(50円)で、シフト選択による実質時給上昇を実現できます。
