エニグモは、世界178ヶ国に1100万人超の会員を擁するソーシャルショッピングサイト「BUYMA(バイマ)」を運営しています。
世界中に在住する22万人のパーソナルショッパー(出品者)から、世界中のあらゆるアイテムを購入できる、CtoC×越境ECという今までにない新しいマーケットプレイスです。
BUYMAは国内最大級の海外ファッションECサイトへと成長してきました。現在はファッション領域にとどまらず、インテリア・家具、アウトドア・スポーツ、ビューティー等の新カテゴリーを強化し、個人・法人問わず、世界中から非日常の特別な商品が手に入るマーケットプレイス〈Specialty Marketplace〉の拡大を図っております。
BUYMAは数あるECサイトの中でも圧倒的なSKU数を誇り、出品数は610万品以上あり、日々世界各国からの膨大な出品購買データが蓄積されています。また、購入者側・出品者側両方の戦略に携わることができるのは、BUYMAならではです。
将来にわたってBUYMAサービスの競争優位性を維持・向上させるためには、そういった豊富なデータを機械学習で活用し、BUYMAをAIベースのサービスへ進化させることが必須であると考えています。
そこで、サービス価値を最大化するためデータサイエンティストとして、様々な部門と連携をしながらサービス開発に携わっていただける方を募集します。
仕事内容
シニアデータサイエンティストとして、BUYMAやスタイルハウスの運用を通じて得られるデータを活用し、サービス改善やグロースを実現していただきます。
機械学習モデル・アルゴリズム開発から、サービスへの落とし込み(機械学習システム開発)まで、企画から開発、効果検証まで一貫して行っていただきます。
精度と時間的コスト等のバランスを考慮し課題に適した方法を選択いただくことや、ビジネスサイドやチーム内外のエンジニアのメンバーと連携して事業にインパクトを与えていただくことを期待しております。

※データ分析や効果測定は、主に別部署のデータアナリストが担当しており、データサイエンティストはデータアナリストとも連携して業務を行います
求める経験・スキル
【必須要件・スキル】
- SQLを使ったデータ抽出とPythonで分析、予測モデル作成ができるプログラミング経験
- 相関関係・因果関係の理解や、各種検定等、基礎的な統計分析の知識
- 機械学習や統計分析の手法を用いた分析結果を分かりやすく伝えられる能力
- サービス、システムを理解した上で、仮説の構築、施策の提案・推進をできる能力
- ビジネス課題を解決するために深層学習を用いた実装経験
【歓迎要件・スキル】
- 機械学習を用いて実際にサービス改善やグロースさせた経験
- マーケティングチームや他のエンジニアと一緒に問題解決をされた経験
- 精度と時間的コスト等のバランスを考慮し、課題に適した分析方法を選択できること
- Kaggle等のデータ分析コンペの参加経験
- 数理最適化アルゴリズムの知識や実装経験
- 必要に応じて御自身で書籍・論文等から知識を吸収する学習意欲
