ピープルマネジメント経験:正式なマネージャではなくてもグループリーダーやプロジェクトリーダーなどで人をまとめた経験3年以上

英語:ビジネスレベルが望ましい。

日本語:流暢レベル

Hexagon's Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division is seeking to hire a motivated and professional Senior Implementation Consultant, EyeCAD to join our team in Japan that dedicates to EyeCAD, 3D CAD software for the engineering industry with a dominant market share in Japan.

Position Summary/Purpose

As part of the team of EyeCAD team in Japan, the Senior Implementation Consultant collaborates with the client in collecting requirements, conceptualizing, configuring, and implementing the EyeCAD software solution, while recommending best practices to achieve client process improvements and cost containment upon the deployment of the solution. This is a full-time position involving a mix of onsite travel to customer sites and working remotely.

Responsibilities

•Works directly with clients to manage initial access, map and transfer data, create process documentation (functional requirements/designs/lessons learned), and train or coordinate training for client users

•Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems

•Identifies and documents technical issues to be escalated to product and system integration teams for resolution

•Provides feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements

•Works directly with clients on-site or provides project support remotely

•Works on pre-sales activities

•Goes to onsite travel to customer sites occasionally (a few times a year)

Qualifications and Experience Required

• 10 years experience of programming for industrial software or application

• 2-3 years experience of leading a team including being a project leader or team leader

• Typically Educated to Bachelor's Degree level, Science, Computer Technology, Science and Technology, Engineering or a similar field are preferred. Candidates with relevant Industry experience and an equivalent level of technical qualification will also be considered equally

• Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills, leading and facilitating team and client meetings as necessary

• 2-3 years work experience with C++ and C# would be preferred

• Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Project & proficient in other common Office applications such as experience in the use of SalesForce or other CRM systems. (Mandatory)

• Working knowledge of 3D CAD would be advantageous.

• Japanese fluency at native level

• English fluency at business level in writing and reading
