幅広くサポートしています。

今回募集するのは求職者対応を中心とした

人材コーディネーター業務をお任せします。

受付対応から面談、入社フォローまで、

求職者と最初から最後まで関わるポジションです。

初めての方でも安心して取り組める業務内容で、

役割が明確なため、専門性を持って

長く働ける環境が整っています。

仕事内容

【求職者対応・受付業務】

求職者が最初に接する「会社の窓口」として、

電話・WEB応募への対応を行います。

  • 一人ひとりに丁寧に向き合い、

安心して次のステップへ進めるようサポートします。

【求職者フォロー・掘起し対応】

過去に応募があった求職者の方へ連絡し、

状況確認や新たな求人提案を行います。

  • 声掛けがきっかけとなり、

再応募・入社につながることも多い業務です。

【事務・管理業務】

応募情報や進捗状況を正確に管理し、

採用活動を円滑に進めるための事務業務を行います。

  • データ入力などがメインの簡単な業務です。

※経験や適性に応じて、将来的には

以下の業務にも携わっていただく可能性がございます。

  • 営業サポート業務
  • Google広告などWeb広告の管理
  • 新しい施策の企画・立案・実行

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり162時間

9:00~18:00(選択可:標準労働時間8h、休憩:60分)

残業:月平均0~20時間

基本給:月給 24万円 〜 27万円

固定残業代:なし

月給240,000-270,000円+残業+各種手当+賞与年2回
