仕事内容


次世代タバコをご購入されたお客様へのフォローコール業務です。

【主な対応内容】

・使用方法で困っていないかの確認

・お好みに近いフレーバーのご案内

・利用頻度や感想のヒアリング

※テンプレートやスクリプトを見ながら、ひとつずつ確認して進めていきます。

※すでに商品をご利用中のお客様へのご連絡なので、ご案内や確認が中心のお仕事です。
