【業務内容】
■お客さまから支店に頂く受電をいかに削減しつつお客さまのご期待にお応えしていくか、まずはこの課題に対する企画・運営管理・業務改善の担当として、以下の業務に従事いただく予定です。
【具体的には】
■受電削減に関する企画・推進、業務改善
具体的には・・・営業店での受電に係るコールリーズン分析・IVRの最適化、受電削減のためのホームページ改善などの企画・それに付随する実務対応などを行っていただきます。
■コールセンターの運営・管理
具体的には・・・インバウンドコールセンター(埼玉県さいたま市浦和区)の運営管理やサポート・委託先管理・効率化などの企画を行っていただきます。特にセンター内での完結率に課題があるため、改善していきたいと考えております。
※就業場所は東京本社ですが、必要に応じて、インバウンドコールセンターに訪問していただくこともございます。

■本ポジションにおいてはりそな銀行における「電話業務の改革」というプロジェクトを担っていただきます。これまでの経験を活かしながら、受電削減にかかる企画・管理(その他詳細は面談にてお伝えします)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)

■コールセンター(事業会社・アウトソーシング企業問わず)における運営管理、業務改善のご経験をお持ちの方
■業界問わず、業務や組織における業務効率化に関して、課題分析や改善提案などの企画業務に従事したご経験をお持ちの方(事業会社側、コンサル会社側問わず)
【歓迎経験・スキル】
■ホームページ掲載コンテンツを作成・改善したご経験をお持ちの方
■コールセンター運営や企画業務において、AIを活用して業務を進めたご経験をお持ちの方(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
