【業務内容】

まずはアシスタントとして先輩監督に同行するところからスタート。

先輩社員が丁寧にお教えするのでご安心ください。



具体的には

■現場監督に同行し、工程管理や受発注のシステム入力など施工事務をサポート

■図面通りに建物ができているかチェック

■外勤だけでなく、社内事務も担当



業務に慣れた後は、一人立ちしてコスト削減提案や

品質・安全管理など専門業務に挑戦

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00~18:00(実働8時間/休憩60分)

休暇・休日:

■年間休日124日

■完全週休2日制(土曜・日曜)、祝日

■休暇:夏季休暇、年末年始休暇、慶弔休暇、育児休暇、産前産後休暇、有給休暇(入社直後10日~20日付与)

勤務地:

採用決定後、神奈川県内の下記いずれかの拠点に配属決定となります。

給与:

固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥3,500,000 〜 ¥5,000,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥68,907〜¥92,000(45時間相当分)を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

社会人経験をお持ちの未経験の方には、月給32万円以上を想定しています。

■賞与:年2回(6月・12月)

■昇給:年1回 ※いずれも人事評価制度に基づき決定。

■手当:通勤手当、資格手当(宅建・建築士)

※月給には固定残業手当(45時間分)を含みますが、全社平均残業は月20時間程度です。
