ミダシーは、20代後半〜30代の男性を中心に支持されている、男性専用のワンストップ美容サロンです。8つの身だしなみケアを1時間で完了。

施術もルーティン作業なので、未経験の方でもすぐに慣れていけます。

【1日の流れ】

11:45 出社・朝礼

12:00 施術スタート

15:00 休憩(60分)

16:00 午後の施術

18:00 フリータイム活用

20:00 ラスト施術 or 翌日の準備

21:00 退勤

──この仕事を続けている理由は?

以前は美容室でアシスタントとして働いていましたが、拘束時間が長く、なかなか収入も安定せず…。特に指名制度などでプレッシャーが大きく、「もっと自由に働けたら」と思っていた時に出会ったのがミダシーでした。美容師免許を活かしながら、完全週休3日・年間162日休み+固定給+インセンティブという理想の働き方に惹かれて入社。今では、好きな美容の仕事を無理なく続けながら、プライベートの時間もきちんと確保できるようになりました。

・平日:12:00~21:00

・土日祝:10:00~21:00

※火曜定休+他シフト休(実働8時間)

休暇・休日:

完全週休3日制(火曜定休+他シフト休)

・年間休日162日

・年末年始休暇(12/30~1/3)

・バースデー休暇

・有給休暇あり(入社半年後に10日付与)

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥260,117 〜 ¥500,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥50,017(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

地域給(東京都:3万100円)を含む

美容師免許手当あり

【月収例】

・1年目/未経験入社:月収約35万円(月給23万円+インセン7万円)

・2年目/リーダー職:月収約40万円(月給23万円+インセン17万円)
