仕事内容
幼児教育や保育園の経営者が安定した園経営を行っていただけるよう支援する、コンサルタントの【アシスタント業務】を行っていただきます。

- 安定した園運営を行うためのコンサルティングを補助するお仕事。
- 担当コンサルタントからの引継ぎ後、直接お客様とのやり取りもございます。
【具体的な業務内容】
- 幼稚園、保育園、こども園の運営にまつわる書類作成支援
- 各種データ入力
- 領収書から会計ソフトへの入力や決算書作成
- 弊社コンサルタントとお客様とのオンライン打ち合わせに同席、日程調整等お客様とのやり取りを補助
- コンサルタントとお客様の園へ巡回
- セミナー講師(セミナーを実施する場合)
※入社半年~1年を目標に、お客様の園に巡回監査(会計チェック等)が出来るよう目指します。

- 入社後は、会計処理や事務処理を通じて基礎を学び、その後、コンサルタント補助として現場での業務に従事していただきます。

必須スキル

事務といっても完全にルーティン業務ではなく、+α成長したい方
簡単な複合機の設定等が自身で行え、かつ下記のPCスキルを最低限有している方
L Word:簡易な文書作成が可能
L Excel:電卓を使用せず、SUM, VLOOKUP, IF関数等を使用して表計算が可能
L Powerpoint:プレゼン用資料の作成ができる
歓迎スキル
・Salesforce, chatworkなどのツールの使用経験
・各種会計ソフトを使用した実務経験
・保育業界に従事された経験
・事業会社での一般・経理・営業等の事務の従事経験
L(いずれも現職である必要はありません)
・以下の資格をお持ちの方
L 日商簿記2級、2級FP技能士、 ITパスポート
※保持資格に応じて資格手当あり(正社員のみ)

お客様である幼稚園・保育園は、保育の"質"を高めなければ、園児が獲得できない状況下であり、だからこそ、理事長先生や園長先生といった経営者層が保育に集中・専念できる環境が必要です。
弊社のような、バックオフィスの業務支援だけでなく、園経営の経営コンサルティングを行う会社は、今後ますます求められてきます。
全国の保育園・幼稚園から問い合わせがあり、現在は仙台本社と東京支店があります。

有期契約社員から正社員に転換する際に、〈転勤がある正社員〉か、〈転勤がない地域限定正社員〉かをご選択いただきます。
なお、有期契約社員については、転勤はありません。

フレックスタイム制
コアタイム:10:00 ~ 16:00
標準労働時間:1日あたり8時間
・フレキシブルタイム:7:00~22:00
・お昼休み: 12:30~13:30
※業務の引継ぎの関係上、ご入社後、業務に慣れるまでは<9:00~18:00>での勤務を推奨しております。
給与
年収 円 ~ 円
月給 240000円 ~ 240000円
上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。
みなし残業代:45,000円
みなし残業時間:30.00時間
- 固定残業手当について

上記金額には、固定残業手当45,000円を含みます。
なお、固定残業手当は、時間外労働発生の有無にかかわらず、時間外労働30時間分を支給いたします。
万が一時間外労働が30時間を超過する場合には、全額を支給いたします。
- 正社員登用後について
==============
正社員登用後は給与体系が変わり、月給がアップします。
同様に、賞与の金額や昇給スピードも上がります。
